Shipping Policy
Shipping Rates and Methods We offer the following shipping options:
United States
- Standard Shipping: $7 flat rate (5-7 business days)
- Express Shipping (where available): $20 flat rate (2-3 business days)
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50
Canada
- Standard Shipping: $10USD flat rate (5-7 business days)
- Free Shipping: For orders over $75USD
Processing Time Orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays (US and Canadian Holidays).
Shipping Time Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days within the US and 10 to 30 days to Canada and the rest of the world
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
International Shipping We offer international shipping to selected countries. Flat rate International shipping is $25USD. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
Order Fulfillment
To ensure timely delivery, items in your order may ship from different warehouses. This means that some orders might arrive in separate packages and at different times. You’ll receive a tracking number for each shipment so you can follow the progress of each part of your order.
Shipping Restrictions We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Tracking Information You will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS once your order has shipped.
