Refund and Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To begin a return, please contact us at admin@dobermerchdesigns.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you detailed instructions, including the return address and how to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee
For returns where the item is not defective, damaged, or incorrect, a 20% restocking fee will apply. This fee is waived for returns due to issues on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), digital downloads, custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive what you need is to return your item once the return is accepted, then make a separate purchase for the new item.
If your item was fulfilled by a third-party print provider, you may be eligible for a reprint without needing to send your original item back. Contact us at admin@dobermerchdesigns.com regarding any issues.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is being shipped to an address in the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. As with our standard policy, the item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
