Ordering & Shipping
Production typically takes 2-7 business days. Shipping time varies by location: 3-7 business days within the United States and 7-20 business days for international orders. Please note that orders with multiple items may be shipped separately.
We partner with fulfillment centers across the United States, Canada, China, and Europe. Your order will be shipped from the location closest to your delivery address to ensure efficient delivery.
Please contact us immediately if your package is lost or damaged. We’ll work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately. We can modify the address if the order hasn’t shipped. For already shipped orders, we’ll help coordinate with the carrier to resolve the situation.
Products & Customization
Print-on-Demand means we print products only after an order is placed. This allows us to offer a wide range of unique Doberman-themed designs while maintaining quality and reducing waste.
Yes! We love creating personalized Doberman-themed items. Contact us with your customization request, and we’ll work with you to bring your vision to life.
Care instructions are provided in each product description on our website and are included with your items upon delivery where possible.
We strive for accurate color representation on our website. However, slight variations may occur due to different screen settings. If you have specific color concerns, please contact us before ordering.
Our Mission & Impact
DoberMerch Designs celebrates the special bond between Dobermans and their people while working towards establishing Willow’s Wish, a dedicated Doberman rescue. Every purchase brings us closer to this goal.
100% of our profits go towards establishing and operating Willow’s Wish rescue, named after our founder’s first service dog. Additionally, we actively support other Doberman rescue organizations across North America, extending our impact across the broader Doberman rescue community.
Currently, we don’t offer gift wrapping services. All items are shipped in standard protective packaging to ensure safe delivery. However, each purchase comes with the gift of knowing you’re supporting our mission to help Dobermans in need.
